- Partner with the content planner to translate insights into actionable content recommendations and platform strategy.- Support paid media planning and evaluation by providing audience data, content performance trends, and campaign analysis.- Lead social listening efforts, surfacing relevant cultural conversations, creator trends, and brand mentions in real time.- Build and share regular insight reports with internal partners to foster learning and innovation.- Develop and maintain weekly and monthly performance reports across key social platforms, including organic and paid content.- Conduct competitor benchmarking and trend tracking to identify emerging behaviors, platform shifts, and creative best practices.
  • 2+ years of experience in data strategy, digital insights, or social media analytics, ideally within a digital agency or brand environment.
  • Strong knowledge of China’s social media ecosystem and familiarity with platform data tools and key metrics.
  • Hands-on experience with social listening tools and performance tracking dashboards.
  • Ability to distill data into clear, compelling narratives that inform creative and strategic decisions.
  • Bilingual in Chinese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in communications, marketing, statistics, sociology, digital media, or a related field.
  • Experience working alongside content, paid media, and PR teams to translate data into strategy.
  • Understanding of media buying principles and audience targeting frameworks.
  • Familiarity with influencer tracking and campaign performance metrics.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple reporting timelines.
  • Self-starter with a collaborative spirit, intellectual curiosity, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Skilled at presenting findings to cross-functional stakeholders, with a focus on clarity, relevance, and strategic impact.
