- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Finance, Business, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 14 years of experience in a multi-disciplined procurement, leading strategy development, execution, and sourcing, or a related function.
- Experience in people management.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or advanced technical degree.
- Experience leading initiatives from strategy to execution and delivering results while managing multiple tasks, with excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional or global teams, including partnering with suppliers and partners to drive improvement and innovation.
- Experience leading teams through multi-year organizational transformation.
- Knowledge of stakeholder, agreement, and performance management, supplier analysis, strategic planning, and procurement process.
