- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience with User Research, or Research focused tools and methodologies.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience using research findings and insights to drive strategy and long term planning.
- Experience in end-to-end lifecycle for product research and development.
- Knowledge of technology trends and issues.
- Ability to work across organizational boundaries to define, manage, and prioritize work.
- Ability to work effectively across functions and disciplines, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and build relationships with executive stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex interaction concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization.
