Join our Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) team and you’ll directly support and promote our brand and reputation. Through internal communications, public relations and corporate communications, you’ll provide a wide range of marketing and communications services to internal and external audiences. These include current and future clients and employees, alumni, regulators, the media and the communities within which we operate.

Skills and attributes for success

  • Operations and Execution Support:
    • Provide comprehensive project coordination support for both WW and EAN program(s).
    • Serve as a key point of contact for program(s) information for internal and external stakeholders, in partnership with program leaders and executive sponsors
    • Represent EY for both programs in a highly professional manner and engage various constituents (participants, judges, alumni, etc.) effectively throughout the program lifecycle.
    • Support the established WW LinkedIn group(s) and provide creativity and ideas for improving engagement in social channels.
    • Manage the invoicing process for vendors, speakers and event sponsorships and assist in the collection of required program deliverables such as interview forms, executive summaries, and participant headshots.
    • Maintain the program(s) North America online directory and ensure it is kept up to date.
    • Participate in special projects at the National level, as requested, to enhance overall program effectiveness.
  • Marketing and Communications:
    • Develop and manage all marketing materials for both programs (marketing brochures, training documents, social media assets, event collateral, etc.) in collaboration with graphic and multimedia designers via CSG.
    • Manage the creative calendar and request process for all marketing materials, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
    • Draft quarterly newsletters for both programs and monitor LinkedIn and other sources for relevant news articles.
    • Assist in event script and presentation development, where needed, and support the creation of toolkits for internal and external stakeholders for application promotions and new class announcements.
    • Update press release templates in cooperation with Entrepreneurship PR lead and manage website(s) updates.
    • PowerPoint presentation support for various training, pitch, and informational deck needs.
    • Assist in the development of program survey designs (e.g., Relationship Ambassador Survey, Participant Survey, Financial Survey, Summit Survey) based on goals and existing templates.
  • Application and Reporting Management:
    • Support program application/judging system (AwardForce), DocuSign, and Venue, involving ongoing data entry of information with precision throughout the cycle.
    • Assist in the process and review of applications to ensure they meet established criteria.
    • Utilize assigned/trained GDS resources for completion of certain administrative tasks (i.e., analysis, lists creation and updates, PowerBI dashboard, etc.).
    • Maintain numerous Excel spreadsheets related to tracking targeting, program calendars, interview schedules, contact lists, project status, etc.
    • Manage WW finalist site visit scheduling communication processes for the WW program, working closely with the entrepreneurship program managers.
    • Aid with application reporting – National and Geo reporting as well as posting for
  • Event Support:
    • Provide onsite support at key events such as new class orientation, annual meetings, Spring Summit, regional events, conferences and Strategic Growth Forum.
    • Assist in the development and maintenance of WW and EAN target lists prior to program kick-off, working closely with the regional champions and extended leadership teams.
    • Conduct research projects related to entrepreneurship, targeting, pipeline, and global WomenIN initiatives
    • Manage many other ad hoc projects related to WW, EAN and SGF execution as needed

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in marketing and communication roles, with a track record of executing campaigns and content strategies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and engagingly.
  • Familiarity with modern digital marketing platforms and tools, including emerging applications of AI for content creation and campaign optimization.
  • Exposure to marketing automation systems and a willingness to learn and adapt to evolving technologies.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently across teams and functions,
  • Professional polish and confidence when engaging with senior internal and external stakeholders, including executives.
  • Comfortable working in virtual environments and contributing proactively to team problem-solving.

  • We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $72,100 to $134,900. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $86,600 to $153,300. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
  • Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
