What you’ll do
You will also play an important role in opportunity qualification and help drive successful outcomes. The Solutions Advisor will bring deep domain expertise in Human Capital Management (HCM), including functional knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors across the Hire-to-Retire value chain
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with Industry, Sales and Customer Success team members, problem solving, preparing and delivering documented solutioning options with clear value benefits
• Analyse prospects and customers’ requirements with team members and experts for solution outcomes: propose tailored SuccessFactors HCM solutions
• Lead product demonstrations and executive-level presentations (remote and onsite).
• Engage with customers to improve value from SAP solution adoption• Collaborate with global Presales and technical experts across SAP from all solution areas locally, regionally and globally.
• Provide effective point of view for functional aspects of cloud solution in alignment with the solution functionality enabling local and global teams combined with twice yearly solution releases
• Contribute to significant thought-leadership ideation for improvements to internal and external practices
• Respond effectively to RFIs/RFQs and support competitive positioning
What you bring
• 5+ years of successful experience in presales or solution consulting roles. 3+ years of experience selling or demonstrating enterprise software applications (preferably SaaS).
• Hands-on experience with HCM/HRMS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Darwinbox, Workday, Oracle, Saba, SumTotal, or Cornerstone OnDemand.
• SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) (e.g., Employee Central, Recruiting, Talent) are preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP HCM and SAP Payroll is a strong plus.
• Good knowledge of operational HR processes across Hire to Retire.
• Familiarity with the HCM SaaS market landscape and key market trends.
• Stable career progression demonstrating growth and responsibility.
