10+ years leading teams and managing complex bodies of work in a branded retail environment.
Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate a globally distributed team across regions.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate it into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external partners.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
