Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business, Economics, or Social Sciences, or combination of relevant education, experience.
Degree in a field related to consumer behavior, such as psychology, behavioral sciences, or market research, is advantageous. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
5 years of experience in a quantitative market research and/or business analysis role
Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills; ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and make impactful recommendations required.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with commercial retail data.
Demonstrated ability to create, cleanse, transform, and summarize large datasets (SQL is preferred; Python is a plus)
Experience with database and visualization tools (preferably Snowflake or DataBricks, and Tableau)
High attention to detail; excellent written & verbal communication
