Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that align with the overall business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Executional Excellence:
- Translate the strategic priorities, aligned with local strategies into measurable actions and implementable outcomes.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities and areas of collaboration and partnering.
- Lead the execution of marketing campaigns from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders.
- Identify potential partnership opportunities and ensure that collaborations are mutually beneficial and align with the organization’s strategic goals.
- Strategic and operational evaluation,to ensure successful integration and execution of partnership initiatives.
- Conduct in market visits to evaluate, monitor and track the implementation and execution of activities.
- Assess partnership performance and communicate it to internal and external stakeholders, evaluating the effectiveness of the marketing activities and report on the results and insights.

- Understand and develop meaningful insights about market environment and business drivers, formulate strategies and plans to unleash opportunities, and ensure execution that meet customers' and own organization's needs.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical orhealthcare industry (sales, marketing, project management, account management).
- Commercial acumen/experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare industry (e.g. Pharmacy)
- Previous experience in managing complex projects and negotiation of contracts.
- Operational/execution skills (e.g., ability to get things implemented).
- Influencing/persuasive skills (e.g., ability to put together strong business cases).
- Excellent communication and presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills are necessary.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills are important for this role.
- Attention to details and time management are essential.
- Team effectiveness skills, listening and integrating diverse perspectives from across the work group.
- Excellent English and Romanian languages skills both in spoken and written
