Responsibilities:

The candidate will be working closely with the Talent and Learning Shared Services support team and will:

  • Be responsible for the testing of web-based trainings for the purpose of ensuring alignment with published Citi Design and Technical standards for web-based training modules deployed within the Citi LMS and/or related training delivery systems in use within Citi.
  • Test the functionality of web-based trainings on Citi configured PCs using all Citi supported web-browsers including Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge as configured using the Citi standard corporate builds and within various Citi internal platforms such as Citi Application Portal (CAP) and Citi Cloud Desktop Portal.
  • Test the functionality of web-based trainings on mobile devices as may be needed and as configured in alignment with mobile device accessibility guidelines provided by Citi.
  • Accurately and completely log test results using Microsoft Office applications such MS Outlook, MS Excel, Word, OneNote, PowerPoint as well as the standard set of MS Windows tools and accessories such as Paint, Snipping Tool, Windows Media Player, etc.
  • Execute cases within the case management system for proper and accurate tracking of cases worked.
  • Serve as liaison to business for work assignments by asking fact finding questions, following up on open items and helping with content approval
  • Research and seek out solutions to inquiries on help content and all other open items related to business including policy gaps and changes
  • Monitor work progression ensuring completion of assignments by requested due date
  • Ensure consistent application of team process controls

Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years relevant experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
  • Self-motivated and detail oriented
  • Proven organization and time management skills
  • Demonstrated analytical, research, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Learning Management System, preferred, not required


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience related to HR Operations
  • English proficiency minimum 80%
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel

  • Proven organization and time management skills
  • Demonstrated analytical, research, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree finished or in progress
