Responsibilities Include:
- Working with CTR team leadership in understanding the planning, governance, and reporting needs for the team.
- Designing efficient and effective processes to support various activities within planning, governance, and reporting areas and owning the end-to-end execution of those processes.
- Generating periodic risk reports that provide a clear articulation of risk to ATS’s objectives using the test results and open issues produced by the testers.
- Mentoring and supporting junior team members with advice and training.
- Project managing the development of a Control Testing Methodology and other key components of Technology Risk Management Framework (TRMF) and tooling that are related to or impact control testing.
- Establishing a document storage and archival approach to efficiently collect, store, distribute, and destroy planning, governance and reporting data in a reliable and secure manner.
- Acting as a custodian of test results, risk reports, methodologies, standards, tools, and processes used or produced by the CTR team.
Required skills:
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in project management, planning, governance, and reporting within Technology Risk Management or Consulting or Assurance space with at least 5 of those years specifically supporting Assurance.
- Strong project management / planning / risk reporting skills.
- Expert knowledge of basic data processing tools like spreadsheets.
- Strong documentation and effective articulation skills.
Desirable skills:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Mathematics, Information Systems, Engineering, Accounting, Commerce, Business Studies or Cyber Security.
- Prior experience with data visualization tools.
- Prior experience in delivering continuous improvement / automation projects.
- SharePoint development skills.
