Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

1. Design and Development: Lead the design and development of visually appealing and user-friendly of our product websites.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.

2. User-Centric Design: Create visually appealing and user-friendly website designs that align with business goals and user needs.

4. Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

5. Responsive Design: Develop designs that are responsive and optimized for various devices and screen sizes.

6. Prototyping: Create interactive prototypes and wireframes to communicate design concepts and functionality.

7. Brand Consistency: Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all digital platforms with the marketing design team, ensuring a consistent and cohesive visual identity.

8. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance design processes and outcomes.

9.Data-Driven Design: Infuse data-driven insights into the design process to optimize user engagement and satisfaction. Utilize analytics tools and user feedback to make informed design decisions.

10. User Research: Conduct user research and analysis to understand user behavior, preferences, and pain points. Translate research findings into actionable design improvements.

1.Proven Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in web design, product and brand design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of web projects.

2. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Framer, Webflow. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

4. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into visually compelling designs.

5. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

6. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to evolving project requirements and priorities.

7. Bachelor's Degree: A degree in design, web design, or a related field is preferred.
