Our Purpose:

As a Marketing Undergraduate Intern at Boston Scientific, you will:

  • Work in Marketing in the Endoscopy (Endo) or Urology (Uro) Division in any of the following areas: Product Management (Upstream/Downstream), Customer Engagement & Activation, Market Development, or Marketing Strategy
  • Work closely with a Product Manager or Strategy Manager to contribute to an in-depth project(s) that impacts strategic priorities, such as: customer insight generation, product development, growth strategies, new business development, commercialization optimization tactics, and market development
  • Be partnered with a mentor, aside from your manager
  • Be considered and evaluated for a full-time offer following your internship

Your Impact:

Examples of meaningful work completed by Marketing Undergrad Interns include working with a Product or Strategy Manager to:

  • Perform competitive analysis to enhance our market position by evaluating current market segmentation, size, product usage, trends, pricing and distribution
  • Contribute to the development of a commercialization plan by assisting with dynamic market models to assess the financial impact of strategic options, formulating segmentation, product positioning, value propositions, and pricing strategies, and exploring new services and solutions for recommendation
  • Assist with a new product market assessment, using unique customer insights and direct and indirect interactions, to understand and influence future technology opportunities, physician behaviors, and key product selection criteria

Required Qualifications:

  • A rising Senior (graduation dates between Dec 2025 - June 2026) or graduating senior (May/June 2025 grad) continuing on to grad school (graduating in May/June 2026), pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or Sales
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience working in a team environment in a professional or school setting
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without restriction

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Innovative, creative, outside the box thinker; strives to find new solutions
  • Strong analytical, written, communication and presentation skills
  • Experience understanding customer needs using various research method

Maximum Salary: $69,472

Compensation fornon-exempt (hourly), non-sales rolesmay also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
