Description
Attend and/or host weekly/monthly project planning video conferences with various partners.Assist the regional manager during events, especially graduation events.Provide first level pedagogical support to the Academy, Foundation and Second Year Program (Residency) staff.Provide guidance and support for mentors learning about the CBL framework and pedagogical approach of the Academy that makes our program successful.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of previous experience working at university level and also managing mentors/instructors on App Development programs is required.
- Expertise in the Challenge Based Learning framework.
- Mastery in Project and Program planning, tracking and oversight.
- Proficiency in English and Portuguese is mandatory.
- Availability to travel extensively in Brazil and internationally.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in one or several of Apple App Development topics listed here is preferred: Coding, Swift language, Xcode IDE, UIKit and SwiftUI, Design, Human Interface Guidelines, Integrating Design and Coding, App Store Business, Monetization options, Metrics.
- Prior participation in the Apple Developer Academy program is a plus.
- Ability to foster trust with multiple internal teams.
- Excellence in generating reports to senior leadership.
- Proven experience in Finance analysis and reporting.
- The position is remote, but will require frequent travels to the Apple Developers Academies in Brazil, therefore it is preferred that the candidate is located in one of the following cities: Sao Paulo, Campinas, Rio de Janeiro, Brasilia, Porto Alegre, Curitiba, Manaus, Fortaleza or Recife.
