In this role, you will be part of a team developing a distributed system that involves data producers, data discovery, data consumers, self-service data solutions for low latency analytics, and a custom interface that provides a connected experience for users, including Consumer Finance senior leadership.In this role, you will:
• Write high-quality distributed system software leveraging technologies like Apache Kylin, Amazon Athena,• Build production-quality and large-scale deployment of applications related to big data and GenAI.
• Use software engineering best practices (e.g., Agile, CI/CD) to ensure a high standard of quality for all team deliverables.
• Design, implement, test, deploy, and maintain innovative software solutions to transform service performance, stability, cost, and security.
• Help drive business decisions with your technical input and expertise.
• Work in an agile, startup-like development environment, where you're always working on the most important initiatives.
• Mentor and lead junior developers on the team, fostering their professional growth.

- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 3+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- 3+ years of computer science fundamentals (object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, problem solving and complexity analysis) experience
- 3+ years of server-side development experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 5+ years of contributing to new and current systems architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) experience
- 5+ years of computer science fundamentals (object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, problem solving and complexity analysis) experience
- 5+ years of server-side development experience
