- Partner with cross-functional engineering teams to define human annotation requirements vital to launch and maintain premier Apple software products
- 8+ years of experience managing large-scale, machine learning-powered product programs and delivering client/server software across large organizations (100+ people).
- Proven program management, analytical, and cross-functional leadership skills with experience driving data-driven decision-making and process improvement.
- Strong communication with expertise in negotiation, presentation, and influencing across teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Computer Science, etc.) or equivalent experience.
- Master’s or PhD degree in Statistics, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, other Quantitative Sciences, or related field and equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience managing a program management team in AI powered product space, preferably experience in evaluation of MLAI products.
- Self-sufficient in analyzing and drawing conclusions about the quality and product opportunity from raw and refined product data
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to details
