Your Impact

As a Product Manager working on AI Defense within our AI Software & Platform team, you will be responsible for leading efforts about the following:

  • Lead product efforts to integrate the latest developments in AI standards, policies, and regulations information into AI Defense
  • Collaborate with machine learning experts, threat intelligence teams, and researchers to deliver ML-powered features that address real-world AI security threats
  • Act as a representative in external AI policy and standards discussions and engagements. Partner with regulatory bodies, industry leaders, and academic institutions to influence AI standards and policy changes
  • Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management to deliver features that protect customers’ AI models, applications, and data from attacks, data leakage, and compliance risks.
  • Stay ahead of the evolving AI threat landscape by continuously evaluating advancements in AI security risks and defining strategies to mitigate vulnerabilities.
  • Gather feedback from customers, partners, and collaborators to improve AI Defense product offerings. Ensure the voice of the customer advises both product and policy alignment.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of product management experience, including 2-3 years of recent experience in AI and security products.
  • Experience working with AI policy, standards, or regulatory frameworks (e.g., OWASP, NIST AI Risk Management Framework, EU AI Act, ISO).
  • Background in security, AI, or related fields, with a passion for addressing challenges and delivering customer-centric solutions.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Public Policy, or equivalent, with a focus on applying technical expertise to drive innovation and security
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong background in policy, cybersecurity or AI Security, with experience in protecting AI models and applications
  • Excellent written, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and critical thinking skills, enabling effective partner engagement and decision-making in high-stakes environments.
