Staff Product Manager

Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (any), or related field and 7 years of product management experience; Master’s degree or the equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (any), or related field and 5 years of product management experience.

Experience working within the retail domain with a focus on merchandising, supply chain, and eCommerce. Experience grooming and prioritizing a product backlog using Scrum and Kanban methodologies and capturing the outputs through Jira and Confluence. Experience conducting research and executing competitive analysis to identify new features and improvement opportunities. Experience defining Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and leveraging them to measure progress against goals, align to priorities, and track KPIs using reporting tools including Tableau, Microsoft BI, and R Studio. Experience collaborating with complex, cross functional teams which include engineers, data scientists, designers, and business stakeholders. Experience conducting User Research Interviews to assess the alignment of user needs to strategic priorities. Experience collaborating with UX designers using Figma and Invision. Experience using Visio to execute Process Mapping to assess the as-is state and define the to-be process. Experience conducting usability tests through surveys and A/B tests. Experience querying large amounts of data using SQL and leveraging that data to evaluate the hypothesis testing results. Experience implementing large scale data science solutions. Experience with optimization and machine learning techniques. Experience working on enterprise products to deliver scalable solutions that meet complex business requirements. Experience defining and actualizing a strategy for a moderately complex product. Experience articulating return on investment (ROI) analysis for solutions to complex problems. Experience identifying root cause(s) that directly impact KPIs and NPS and prioritizing product backlogs accordingly.
