Here's what you'll need
• 3+ years of experience in Construction Management field
• Proven track record for leadership and management in a large-scale Life Science project environment.
Ideally, you’ll also have:
• Experience in Writing and Managing Scopes of work (Civil, Structural, Mechanical)
• Experience with change control and cost management systems. (Prolog and Unifier)
• Experience with Project scheduling and ability to facilitate Interactive planning sessions.
• OSHA 30
• Pharma experience is a plus
