JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description: Key responsibilities:
Lead the system and tool roll out and provide the day-to-day support to FSE like SAP, CPQ, Service Contract Portal, Cora PPM...
Build the global connection of key focus including the aging RQ & TM cleaning, attend the MOS with the global counterpart
Facilitate the SMS MOS to improve the time sheet on time submission, real time utilization and missing hours to meet the global requirement Provide the visibility of project service conversion with the performance measurement to support the new bank generation which links to the top-line growth Provide the install base data collection and analysis
Process improvement including the L-review, warranty charge process, complain process improvement
Support field service manager to build the PRC FSE running structure including the platform build-up, data centralization, data intelligence
Provide the system & tool regularly training to ensure the knowledge sharing and FSE execution
Manage the routine process including the order release cycle time, new commercial policy special approve, PO payment term change and etc.
Other tasks necessary from field service manager


WE VALUE
  • 3 years + relevant working experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Fluent in English speaking
  • Familiar with SAP system
  • Virtual lead with strongly influence skills
  • Proficient in data analysis
  • Proactive working attitude and positive personality when facing the challenge
  • Logic thinking and the ability of executive summary
  • Demand planning skills will be additional advantage
  • Proficient in excel, PPT and word
