A day in the life
At times you will:
1. Design and build a new customer-facing feature in SageMaker JumpStart and/or Bedrock Marketplace
2. Work with a model provider to launch a new model in AWS. At times this requires identifying and closing feature gaps, debugging issues with the provider themselves, and partnering with other internal teams to optimize price/performance.
3. Design and execute process improvements to automate the process of new model launches.
4. Respond to and solve various customer challenge while oncall.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
- 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experiencePursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
