Your Responsibilities will include:

• Working closely with internal stakeholders, including IT, finance, and legal teams, to align sourcing strategies with business needs
• Designing and executing sourcing strategies for IT hardware, software, and services to meet organizational goals
• Identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the sourcing function
• Leading Request for Proposals and negotiations for contracts to ensure favorable terms and conditions that align with company policies and objectives
• Identifying, evaluating, and managing relationships with key suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability
• Conducting market research to stay abreast of industry trends, pricing, and new technologies
• Tracking and evaluating supplier performance and implement improvement plans as necessary
• Assessing and mitigating risks associated with IT projects, including potential disruptions and compliance issues
• Establishing cross-functional teams to support project timelines, manage cost and achieve company performance goals

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 7 years of experience in strategic sourcing and/or procurement with 3 years in the IT sector
• Project management experience with strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Proficient with sourcing and procurement software

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree
• Professional certification in sourcing, procurement or supply chain (CPSM, CSSP or equivalent)
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
