1. Accountabilities for your role - what are you expected to do?

• Retain strategic customers in Germany

• Manage relationships with the customers in the Retail segment for Germany

• Identify business opportunities, referral parners that can empower Elavon position in Germany

• Manage negotiations with customers, work on pricing offers within the target rate of return;

• Offer new products to the customers

• Create an exit barriers for the customers so Elavon business is secured effectively

• Represent Elavon during the meetings with customers, fairs, industry meetings

• Take part and manage projects in order to provide customers with top level of services

• Work closely with other teams such as i.e. Premier Team, Product, Deployment, Marketing in order to respond to custmers’ queries and requests timely and with expected level of information

• Coordinate new implementations

4. Qualifications Required to perform your Role?

• Minimum bachelors degree

• Fluent German

• English speaker.
