• Develop and execute strategies to increase deal pipeline across all stages of the sales lifecycle for WWPS
• Collaborate closely with AGS cloud sales center leaders on tooling, reporting, and mechanisms for global lead development
• Serve as a key member of the WWPS leadership team, contributing to overall strategy and organizational direction
• Drive integration and optimization of the newly combined teams to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
• Implement metrics and processes to track and improve capture rates and win percentages
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
• Ensure alignment with WWPS Strategic Plan, particularly Goal 1: Scale Public Sector Cloud Adoption
• Collaborate with sales and industry teams to provide focused support for their initiatives
• 10+ years of leadership experience at the intersection of contracts, proposals, and sales lead development
• 15+ years of general management and/or sales leadership experience in a relevant technology company
• Proven track record of coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams
• Demonstrable experience with US government contracting processes and lifecycle
• Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies and market trends
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
• AWS Cloud Certification
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
• Top Secret clearance
• International business experience, particularly in public sector markets
• MBA or related advanced degree
