Markets Operations Belfast Overview:

Role Overview:

The Operations Analyst is responsible for assisting with the clearance, settlement and investigation of all orders and transactions from our trading desks and branch offices.

What you'll do:

• Verify the accuracy of booking requests.

• Close liaison with internal businesses and stakeholders.

• Complete tasks accurately and on time to meet deadlines.

• Assisting clients with all trade confirmation related issues

• Assist with process improvement.

• Work with technology groups to enhance and develop robust systemic solutions.

• Understand impact of applicable regulations on the business area and ensure that all regulatory requirements are met.

• Prepare regulatory reports.

What we’ll need from you:

• Experience of working in a legal/financial service organisation preferable.

• Proven track record in delivering results in a challenging and changing environment.

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to interpret data

• Attention to detail

• Risk mindset

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment

Successful candidates will attend a two week Market Operations Training Academy if required.
