Markets Operations Belfast Overview:

You can play an important part in transforming and simplifying our operating model.

Role Overview:

The primary responsibility of the Operations Analyst is to ensure all trade related queries are dealt with and resolved in a timely manner, meeting all Citi’s regulatory requirements.

What you'll do:

• Ensure all client onboarding details are correct and up to date

• Regular communication with Clients and trading Desk, with focus on Client Service

• Review and resolve discrepancies as appropriate, including pricing.

• Enhance our client experience by identifying process improvements

• Complete billing queries for clients where differences have been identified.

• Complete end of day checks against a daily exposure reports in line with our audit requirements

What we’ll need from you:

• Previous relevant experience, preferable but not essential,

• Effective communication and analytical skills

• Computer literate

• Problem solving

• Attention to detail

• Energetic, flexible, collaborative and proactive

• Good time management

Successful candidates will attend a two week Market Operations Training Academy if required.

This aims to help you understand how Markets Operations work and where your role fits in in Citi while also providing you with all the tools needed to be the best you can be in your new role.
