WHO ARE WEWHAT YOU WILL DO- You will play a highly visible, critical role leading software programs for the Compute portfolio- Define plans and drive development of new product launches while handling change on existing programs.- Evaluate program progress and results against program objectives, create or reengineer processes, tools and/or structure to improve productivity and overall program outcomes- Work on multiple programs in parallel in a fast paced environment- Communicate status on ongoing programs to partners and senior management.WHO YOU’LL WORK WITHYou will report into the Program Leader within the Networking - Compute Operations Organization.WHO YOU AREYour engineering background allows you to understand product requirements, technical risks and validation strategy vital to accelerate development process. You communicate and present project status, highlight schedule risk, and develop recovery plans in the event of project slip.You are savvy with a high level of energy, flexibility, a "can-do attitude." You enjoy partnering with Senior Leaders. You love learning, tackling new responsibilities, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment. This position is people, data, and communications intensive; it requires:- Bachelors or Masters’ Degree in a relevant subject.- 8 to 11years of Experience as a Technical Program Manager within a technology company- Good knowledge of the SDLC- Aggressive but empathetic with good emotional intelligence- Facilitate continuous improvement- Experience of driving large-scale enterprise SW program.- Experience with SaaS products and Agile development methodologies would be a plus
