Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborative Development: Work closely with Architects, DevOps Engineers, site operations, product executives, and Offering Managers in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary squad environment.
• Employee Engagement: Drive developer and employee engagement through customized programs and initiatives to create an engaging and exciting workplace.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience planning, implementing, coordinating large IT/Cloud projects.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Proven experience in infrastructure, cloud or capacity management.
• Experience in liaising with internal and stakeholders such as business owners, project personnel, vendors, and end-users regarding project requirements and project progress.
• Having Technical understanding /background.
• Strong Communication (Spoken/Listening/Written).
• Experience planning, implementing, coordinating large IT/Cloud projects.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large project teams. (preferably IT/Cloud).
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in technical project management.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, security, and project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with ITIL framework.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
