You will design and develop new ideas and solutions for new product development as well as current products modification and improvements based on in-service issues and market strategy. You are responsible for design and implementation of mechanical parts, subassemblies and product improvements. Key Responsibilities: • Technical documentation preparation and maintenance
• Support to PB/PBA design projects
• Support to project lead
• MCAD Drawings and 3D modeling
• Component and system analysis
• Support to thermal, structural and durability analysis
• Test equipment design
• Technical interactions with customers and subcontractors YOU MUST HAVE
• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering.
• The Honeywell building is a controlled goods program environment. Candidates must be eligible for Canadian CGP (Controlled Goods Program) clearance.
• Must graduate May 2026.

WE VALUE • Knowledge of Mechanical Design, including thermal and structural analysis
• Familiarity with FEA tools
• Knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes
• Knowledge of 3D CAD systems, Creo / ProEngineer/Team Center preferred
• Experience with GD&T
• Understanding of mechanical part manufacturing techniques
• Understanding of PBA build processes
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
• Hands-on experience building and testing prototypes
• Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, and who consistently take the initiative to get things done
• Individuals that quickly analyze, incorporate and apply new information and concepts
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
