What you'll do...


What you'll do:

  • Design, develop, and implement high-quality and scalable software solutions using Salesforce platform

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design, and implement solutions that meet business needs

  • Stay updated on new and emerging Salesforce technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve the customer experience

  • Troubleshoot and debug technical issues, ensuring timely resolution of any production issues

  • Write and maintain technical documentation for all projects and processes

  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members

  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and ensuring high-quality deliverables

  • Continuously improve and optimize existing Salesforce applications to enhance performance and user experience

  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software development and Salesforce platform

  • Participate in code reviews, team meetings, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the team

What you'll bring:

  • Over 4 years of Salesforce experience in software development, ideally focusing on CRM enterprise systems spanning multiple Salesforce clouds including Sales, Service, and Marketing

  • Demonstrated ownership, accountability, self-discipline, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes, alongside a strong team orientation and a penchant for design thinking, efficiency, and innovation

  • Proven track record of delivering impactful products across diverse subject domains

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, essential for effective collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team and across stakeholders

  • Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 7+ years' experience in software engineering or related area

  • Option 2: master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 5+ years' experience in software engineering or related area

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Minimum Qualifications...
