Functional knowledge in Sales (eCommerce, operational, financial and processes), with some exposure to digital consumer experience
Excellent negotiation skills, the ability to influence and have impact, creatively craft and build brands and businesses.
Influencing and networking skills to effectively manage interdependencies and projects in the matrix
Confident with online sales forecasting, web analytics and digital metrics like conversion, CTR

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
University degree in the field of Business, Marketing or equivalent
6+ years of professional experience, 2+ years in E-Commerce preferred.
Good knowledge of local/regional E-Commerce landscape
Sportswear industry experience is a plus.
Experience in leading and managing projects involving diverse sets of stakeholders.
