As a Tech Business Developer Associate in the Startup team, you will work directly with startups and venture capital firms to gather insights, analyze trends, and help shape AWS's approach to the startup ecosystem. You will leverage your business acumen and analytical skills to improve our engagement with the startup community and influence how AWS builds products and services for startups.Key job responsibilities
- Execute and influence go-to-market motions and mechanisms for startup engagement, providing feedback and improvements based on direct interactions with startups and VCs
- Make appropriate trade-off decisions and identify immediate risks in startup engagement strategies- Drive improvements in startup engagement through data analysis and metrics

- 6+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
