In this role, you will impact the efficiency, productivity, and safety of our customers' operations by providing exceptional technical facilitate and service.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for our customers

• Provide advanced technical facilitate and expertise

• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of our solutions

• Conduct training sessions for customers and field service engineers

• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree in electronics, chemistry, electricity, computer science, or systems.

• 5 years of proven experience in field service engineering, with a focus on DCS and SIS

• Knowledge and expertise in DCS (Experion) and SIS (Safetymanager)

• Oil & Gas industry experience

• Be based or available to live in Talara, Perú

• English proficiency is preferred

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Strong customer focus
