Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a deep understanding of the business operations, objectives, and challenges of the corporate functions you support, and provide strategic HR guidance.
• Build strong partnerships with senior leadership and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on all human resources matters.
• Collaborate with leaders across the organization to build HR strategies that address unique needs while ensuring alignment with global frameworks.
• Actively engage with senior leaders, influencing HR strategies to align with the best interests of the business.
• Drive organizational design framework and execution to increase efficiency, role clarity, and clear priorities across all corporate functions.
• Foster a high-performance work culture, overseeing initiatives that enhance employee productivity, engagement, and satisfaction.
• Play a pivotal role in influencing talent decisions, including recruitment, development, and succession planning, ensuring the right people are in the right roles to drive business success.
• Utilize HR metrics and analytics to measure the impact of HR initiatives, providing regular reports to senior leadership on the effectiveness of HR programs.
• Lead change management initiatives ensuring effective communication, addressing challenges, and promoting a positive and adaptive culture.
• Work with HR Center of Excellence leaders and across HRBP leadership to develop and implement coordinated talent strategies, combining HRBP insights to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
• Advocate for employees by ensuring fair and consistent HR practices, addressing concerns, and maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Lead and inspire a high-performing HRBP team to drive outcomes with tangible business impact.

• At least 12 years of HR experience with a strong business acumen.
• Experience in supporting corporate functions is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
• Proven ability to manage change and drive HR initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
