Responsibilities:
- Perform daily operations for the AWS Marketplace, an exciting new selling channel for Salesforce
- Create and maintain AWS Marketplace contracts by creating and amending Private Offers
- Design and drive requirements gathering and perform user acceptance testing for monthly releases for new features for internal Marketplace selling automation
- Update AWS Marketplace product listings and usage dimensions
- Participate in cross-functional workshops for strategic projects
- Represent Quote to Cash as a stakeholder and trusted advisor for all of Revenue Operations
- Apply knowledge, skills, and judgment to make recommendations and resolve issues
- Develop, document, and maintain a repository of Quote to Cash process flows and enablement materials
- Work on high-visibility projects and initiatives that transform the way we do business
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- 2-3 years of experience
- Understanding of the Quote to Cash lifecycle
- Understanding and knowledge of cloud Marketplaces
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a curious mindset and a demonstrated ability for critical thinking
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment delivering accuracy while managing to deadlines where adaptability is imperative
- Ability to understand broader business and financial issues, juggle multiple projects and tasks, and work with deadlines in a complex environment
- Able to communicate effectively and document decisions in a clear and concise manner
Desired Skills/Experience:
- Working knowledge of process documentation software, Google Sheets or project management software
- Experience related to CPQ or Order Management Systems
- Experience with selling on cloud marketplaces (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Marketplace)
