Your ImpactIn this role, you will design, develop secure cloud infra services and lead FedRamp compliance efforts, serving as the lead to engagements and audits. You’ll review and define FedRAMP/Security needs, and recommend configurations With your expertise in AWS cloud Infra, data processing, cloud security, encryption, and vulnerability management.
- Secure Architecture Knowledge: Design and implement cloud security Infra services architectures that meet security requirements.
- Cloud Security Expertise: Recommend secure configurations for cloud services (e.g., AWS GovCloud, Azure Government), balancing FedRAMP and security best practices.
- Building large scale real-time streaming pipelines using AWS or Kafka or Spark
- As part of this role, you will also be responsible for developing & maintaining services in a FedRAMP compliant environment
- FedRAMP-Specific Guidance: Advise on requirements like container scanning (e.g., runtime security, image integrity) and vulnerability management (e.g., risk prioritization, scan schedules).
Minimum Qualifications- 6+ years of software development experience with an expert-level of experience coding in Python, and strong AWS, Cloud Infra, and database development experience
- Design and implementation experience with cloud security infrastructure services
- Security compliance experience with AWS cloud infrastructure development
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment, and Dev Ops
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or similar
Preferred Qualifications- Ability to articulate design choices based on an expert understanding of the product, technology, and ROI
- Knowledge and use of Docker, cloud technologies (AWS, Infra) security
- Building large scale real-time streaming pipelines using AWS or Kafka or Spark
- Able to scope work accurately and provide reliable estimates for project milestones and completion
- Strong team collaboration and communication skills
