What the Candidate Will Do:
- Track day to day vendor performance metrics.
- Report critical call outs and business improvement insights.
- Execute performance improvement projects across vendors and businesses.
- Create and follow through with root cause analysis of identified problem areas within our vendor operations.
- Build and maintain a working relationship between Uber and Vendor partners.
- Coordinate & organise cross-functional projects while maintaining robust documentation.
- Proactively identify problem areas to drive KPI improvements through data analysis and present them in a meaningful way.
- Draft stakeholder communications.
Basic Qualifications
- Ability to work US business hours.
- A working knowledge of Google Workspace suite (Slides, sheets, docs, etc)
- An understanding of Uber products and business within the US & Canada market.
- Prior experience in customer experience delivery.
- Should be a self starter & proactive problem solver.
- Collaborate closely with internal program stakeholders to identify, develop, and implement strategies for streamlining processes and executing program demands.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, providing regular updates on project status, challenges, and achievements.
- Identify areas for improvement in vendor operations and compliance, proposing and implementing changes that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Preferred Qualifications
- Expert skill level of Google Workplace suite (Slides, Sheets, Docs).
- Excellent story-telling and presentation design skills.
- Prior experience in driving customer experience delivery for Uber product across multiple markets (Preferably US & Canada).
- Project coordination experience.
- Experience with data analysis.
- Experience with contact centre servicing and managing vendor relations.
