- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cybersecurity, or related fields.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience analyzing ML and LLM model performance.
- Experience using statistical analysis and hypothesis testing.
- Experience with Python and LLM libraries.
- Understanding of AI principles, algorithms, and techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (i.e., written and verbal) and the ability to influence cross-functionally at various levels.
- Influencing skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
