Key Responsibilities

- Build Customer Centric Strategy: Understand customer business goals and develop strategic plans; manage executive relationships; align SAP solutions portfolio to deliver value.
- Drive Cloud Revenue Growth: Expand SAP solutions footprint aligned with customer goals; focus on renewals, retention, and expansion; manage pipeline; provide sales handover to implementation partners.
- Guide Customers into the Future: Ensure successful cloud adoption and consumption; articulate the value of cloud migration; maximize customer lifetime value.
- Collaborate Internally: Align SAP account team and partners with customer requirements; foster cross-functional collaboration.
- Maintain Customer Visibility: Regularly review and adjust strategies; ensure continuous positioning and delivery of value.
