Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Partner with client segment, product, and/or channel teams to identify opportunities to win with target client segments via differentiated products and client experiences.
2. Translate CSBB strategic objectives into capability gaps and cross-functional execution plans that enable the realization of desired strategic positioning
3. On an ongoing basis, continue to formulate new strategic initiatives aimed at growing specific client segments, productproduction/penetration,or channel optimization, by drawing on analytics / insights.
4. Lead the development of, and present recommendations to address strategic business needs
5. Facilitate and drive project meetings with senior business leaders and client, product, channel SMEs.
6. Lead cross-functional teams to clarify execution tactics and plans to achieve strategic goals.
7. Ensure portfolio of execution projects and activities align with agreed client segment, product, or channel strategies (strategic plan alignment)
