Responsibilities
- Drive execution of MAI’s strategic priorities by managing special projects and cross-functional initiatives from inception to delivery.
- Support the definition, tracking, and reporting of missions and metrics across the organization, ensuring alignment with leadership goals and timely progress updates.
- Establish and manage operating rhythms such as QBRs, OKR cycles, and leadership cadences to ensure progress against MAI’s strategic goals.
- Partner with senior leaders to assess and prioritize initiatives, helping allocate resources and attention to the most impactful workstreams.
- Act as a connective tissue across teams - facilitating communication, resolving blockers, and ensuring clarity of ownership and accountability.
- Synthesize findings into insights across projects and leverage those insights to develop recommendations and ideas around potential growth opportunities.
- Function as an advisor to MAI leadership on a particular area of expertise to inform strategic business decisions.
Required/minimum qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field AND 4 years investment banking and/or corporate finance experience
- OR Bachelor's Degree AND 6 years investment banking and/or corporate finance experience
- OR equivalent experience.
- 6 years' experience supporting senior leadership with actionable insights such as coordinating cross-functional processes and maintaining operational cadences.
Additional or preferred qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field AND 8 years investment banking and/or corporate finance experience
- OR Bachelor's Degree in AND 12 years investment banking and/or corporate finance experience
- OR equivalent experience.
- 8 years' experience in Strategy, Management Consulting, and/or Finance.
