Required/minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting /Finance, or related field AND 4+ years accounting or finance experience
- OR Master's Degree in Business, Accounting /Finance, or related field AND 3+ years accounting or finance experience
- OR equivalent experience.
Additional or preferred qualifications
- Lease accounting, administration and analyses, and controls for multinational companies transacting in multiple currencies.
- Professional accounting certification such as CPA or equivalent.
- Master's Degree in Business, Accounting /Finance, or related field AND 6+ years accounting or finance experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting /Finance, or related field AND 8+ years accounting or finance experience OR equivalent experience.
- Experience in applications such as Excel and PowerBI.
- Large scaleEnterprise resource planning (ERP)experience e.g.System Applications and Products (SAP)
- Leasing tool experience such as Costar
- Cross group collaboration, excellent interpersonal skills, passion to drive execution and results across multiple teams and business partners.
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to dive into details and get things done.
- Ability to deeply understand, anticipate issues, prioritize and define a course of action in evolving areas.
