WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Global indirect purchasing focal point: manage Purchase Orders end to end
- Reduce company costs & improve terms.
- Handle negotiations and contracts end to end, working with all relevant stakeholders (Legal, Finance, etc)
- Work with all the relevant stakeholders (Business owner, Legal, Finance, Security, etc.)
- Provide excellent service to the relevant departments.
- Work independently and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in indirect procurement
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and supply chain principles.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools (e.g., Zip)
- Ability to analyze data and use it to make informed decisions.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of contract law and procurement regulations is a plus.
