Key Responsibilities

  • Maintenance of employee files, Optical archiving, archiving physical documents
  • Check for correctness of various employment documents
  • Local HR Services function administration support
  • Prepare reports for Payroll
  • Support the Onboarding process
  • Other ad hoc activities in the HR Operational field


Education and qualifications / Skills and competencies

  • Student in university, business administration or HR-oriented field preferably
  • Ability to work with confidential information
  • Attention to detail, good organizational skills
  • Customer-oriented
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with a self-driven attitude
  • MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Professional communication skills. Fluency in written and verbal Polish and English.

Work experience

Experience from administration or customer-oriented environment experience is an advantage.

Contract information

Part-time or full-time employment
6-month or 12-month contract with the possibility of extension
