Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cybersecurity, or related fields.
- Experience in escalation management, executive communications, and incident commanding workflows with excellent communication skills.
- 2 years of experience in Incident Management, Triage or Security Command Center.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work outside normal business hours on occasion to support an incident.
- Ability to lead stakeholders and motivate consensus across all levels.
- Ability to function well in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams, including with executive stakeholders.
