Job Overview
Serve as a Lead analyst for Workday Integration actively participate in design, planning and support of Workday.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 8 years of IT experience is required
At least 4 years of Workday Integration experience is required
Experience performing data loads and audits of complicated data
Comprehension and proficiency of Software as a Service (Saas) design, configuration, and testing in various areas of Workday including but not limited to Business Process Configuration;
Functional knowledge of HCM and Recruit module is preferable
Hands of experience in Domain and Business Process Security Policies; Simple, Advanced, Matrix, and Composite Reporting; Custom Objects; Calculated Fields; and Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) and Core Connector Integrations, Document Transformation , XSLT,Extend, Orchestration , Workday Query Language
Experience in building at least 2 extend apps is nice to have
Hands on experience in medium level SQL skills like , developing queries , debugging procedures , Views and Material View
Knowledge ofETL applications like Informatica
Ability to prioritize work and deliver in a fast-paced environment Technology doesn't change the world.
Ability to drive for results in challenging conditions
Ability to execute and adjust a plan with independence
Ability to initiate and implement innovative process improvements
Ability to communicate in a clear and open manner through verbal, written, and non-verbal methods, to all levels of the organization
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Global experience a plus
Strong attention to detail and is organized
Experience across multiple functional areas is desired; specific areas of interest include Talent, Recruiting, Compensation

• 4+ years of IT-relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree.
6+ years of IT-relevant work experience without a Bachelor’s degree.
