Job Title: GDS Global Ecosystem Partner Operations Specialist
Function: GDS Growth & Innovation
Essential Functions of the Job
- Strategic Support & Leadership Alignment
- Work closely with the Global Alliances Enablement Leader helping to effectively communicate strategy and translate vision into action.
- Facilitate leadership decision-making by preparing strategic insights, scenario analysis and executive briefings.
- Support activities around the annual planning cycle, including strategy refreshes, business reviews
- Program Management & Operational Execution
- Drive execution of key initiatives and manage a portfolio of enablement programs that support Partner Operations globally.
- Execute support tasks around operations management which include budget management, resource planning, KPI tracking, and internal governance.
- Lead or support major workstreams related to alliance planning, governance, and reporting.
- Executive Communications & Reporting
- Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, dashboards, and talking points for internal and external stakeholders, including EY Global leadership, member firm leaders, and alliance executives.
- Drive the cadence of leadership team meetings, QBRs, steering committees, and program status reviews.
- Collaborate with alliance leaders, industry sector leads, regional teams, marketing, learning & development, and delivery functions to align key initiatives and resources.
- Identify and remove roadblocks to collaboration, and facilitate information flow between teams
- Governance & Perfomance management
- Support design and implementation of governance frameworks for alliance enablementvement of enablement strategies.
Other Responsibilities
- Drive process improvements and create more efficient ways of working by deep diving into different functional areas and collaborating with onshore and GDS enablement function leads
- Create process documentation, including interviewing onshore and GDS enablement team members to refresh or develop process documentation, overviews, and best practices
- Develop user-friendly guidance for business teams and other stakeholders by converting complex processes and requirements into easy-to-understand and intuitive communications/overviews/videos
- Partner with the onshore and GDS Ecosystem Enablement contacts on strategic projects and special initiatives as and when required by the Global Alliances Enablement Leader
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
- Professional Services / Consulting Environment
- Knowledge of how EY operates as a multi-member firm network and the nuances of navigating a global matrix organization.
- Understanding of partner-driven growth strategies and global delivery models in a professional services context.
- Familiarity with client lifecycle processes and how alliances are embedded into client engagements.

- Knowledge of corporate strategy frameworks, OKR/KPI development, and performance tracking tools.
- Experience supporting strategic planning cycles, transformation programs, or go-to-market initiatives.

- Familiarity with global coordination mechanisms, shared services models, and business performance dashboards.

- Understanding of organizational change frameworks and enablement practices.
- Knowledge of how to build messaging, storytelling, and executive communications that resonate with senior internal and external stakeholders.

- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, concisely, and diplomatically with senior leaders, alliance executives, and global teams.
- Skilled at crafting executive-level presentations, briefing materials, and stakeholder communications.

- Knowledge of EY & GDS operations, including org structure, operating model, management information systems, independence concepts, etc. (for internal candidates), Big 4 consultancy exposure with experience in leadership support/strategic environment (for external candidates)
MBA or equivalent
Having any of the following certification (or learning for internal EY candidates), would be an added advantage:
