Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting monthly Budget Process and actual closing, in respect of procedures and given target

• Managing all daily activities to support the definition of overall marketing budget

• Prepare dashboards(weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly)and analyse and present relevant data

• Give support to monitor the maintenance of internal databases and collaborate to download data byaccount/model/distributionchannel.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Educational Background: University Degree, preferably in Economics or Management Engineering.

• Professional Background: at least 2 years’ experience in controlling or business analysis roles.

• Computer Knowledge: Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.

• Language Knowledge: Good written and spoken English.

• Other: Relational and proactive skills, analytical mind-set and precision, goals oriented. Proactivity, speediness and accuracy are key features of the candidate. Strong communication skills, ability to build and maintain positive relationships at all levels and across functions and strong analytical mindset complete the ideal profile.
