ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To support Generating ideas on contents and artwork
• To support Planning, designing and developing contents, artwork, graphics and multimedia for approved communications channels such as employee bulletin boards, email, intranet (e.g. Connect), MS Teams, and TV/video
• Managing the approved communications channels such as employee bulletin boards, email, intranet (e.g. Connect), MS Teams, and TV/video
• Ensure employees receive interesting and engaging communications about activities within the company
• To support in organizing and executing employee-related activities and campaigns

REQUIRED:

• Pursuing a High vocational Certificate in Information Technology, Communications, Arts and Social Science, Business Administration or related fields
• The internship period must be at least 4-6 months or more

PREFERRED:

• Experience in proven graphic designing and video editing experience

SKILLS:

• Proactively working with a team and having attention to details.
• Goal-oriented, Unity, Learning, and Flexible.
• Ability to use Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro
• Knowledge and ability to apply language programs such as C, C++, Python, PHP, or SQL is an advantage
