* Design building management systems (BMS) for large facilities, including mechanical, electrical, and control panel layouts.

* Interpret and design operational sequences to identify system hardware and logic requirements.

* Analyze project plans and specifications to assess risks and requirements.

* Oversee material selection and product recommendations to improve productivity and reduce costs.

* Participate in sales-to-operations turnover meetings to evaluate accuracy of sales estimates and job layouts.

* Mechanical / Electrical Engineer or similar.

* 2-5 years of experience in Building Management Systems (BMS), Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC).

* Able to read/interpret electrical circuit diagrams.

* Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office, AutoCAD.

* B2 level of English

* B1 level of French (nice to have)
