Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.
Experience in change management.
Experience developing and leading business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred qualifications:
Influencing experience and excellent verbal and written communication, stakeholder management, organization, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, changing work environment with the ability to manage time efficiently and navigate ambiguity.
Ability to be analytical and comfortably lead high-level cross-functional conversations with decision-makers and willingness to pitch in when necessary with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of organization, internally and externally and with vendors.
